Our bakery has been a very active part of the community since the first bakery opened. When we opened were just a small bakery in a small town. Today we are a hub of community where everyone is welcome. We bake everything, with some of the best ingredients and products from around the world, delivered straight to your door!
Our bakery is run by two young families, with a passion for food and a desire to take it to the next level. We pride ourselves on our dedication, creativity, and customer care. Our talented and passionate team have all gone on to work in some of the best food and beverage businesses in London. Our team are proud of the fact that we work closely with our suppliers, as they work alongside us to develop their products. We also source our ingredients from local growers and wholesalers.
Our bakery is proud to be the only fully functional bakery on the island, providing our customers with the best possible menu, with all the delicious pastries, cakes, pastries, and baked goods they’ve been asking for. We love our customers, and we love baking. We are a family run business that is run by two very dedicated people, who have always dreamed of having their own restaurant. It was only a matter of time until we could open up our own kitchen, and provide our very own catering service, allowing us to focus on our own business.
Our bakery helps raise funds for local charities by providing cheap bread and baking supplies so they can continue their work while making as much bread as humanly possible.
After countless years of working under the directionhip with one George & Barbara Pisonis, we are excited to announce our first venture – Bread By The Pie.
Our bakery produces a range of artisanal desserts, including our own version of a classic English Easter cake, the Fluffy and Fluffcake, as well as our own take on a classic Indian and Italian confection. We're always experimenting with new flavours and textures, and even created our own recipes. We also bake a range of cakes for our own events and bake seasonal treats. We're open from 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 9am - 7pm on Saturday. Please note that we operate out of the front entrance, where we sell cakes and biscuits and we can not be contacted by phone.
Our bakery is also a food bank for those in need, and serves those in need in our community. We bake for everyone, no matter where they live, so that the next time you cook something with us, you can make it for the hungry too.
